Shipping
How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long will it take to pack and ship?

Collection Orders
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order.

Bespoke Orders
Designs will be sent to you within 5 business days after you place your order. Following your approval and confirmation, it will take 14 business days for production before shipping out.

When will my order arrive from the day it is shipped?

Standard Delivery Time
HK & Macau (local courier): 1-3 business daysRest of the World (Fedex/UPS/HK Post): 7-14 daysOrders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. Rhapsody in Gold is not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

Are there any Customs / Import Taxes?

Rhapsody in Gold is not responsible for any customs or import taxes as these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Delivery times are estimates only. There may be delays at customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes!  As soon as your order is. shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Do you offer expedited Shipping?

Yes we can offer expedited shipping at your own cost. 

HK & Macau (local courier): 1-3 business days
Rest of the World (Fedex/UPS/HK Post): 2-3 days

We prioritize packing express orders but it may take 1-2 business days to process before it ships out. Please note that if you are in a remote area, it may take an extra few business days to arrive.

Where do you ship from?

Our jewellery is designed, made and packed (with love) directly from our studio in Hong Kong.

Returns
What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns on items that are unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. A full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued on the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us on info@rhapsodyingold.net Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return item(s). All Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all bespoke pieces are final sale.

Gifting
Do you offer Gift cards?

Yes we offer digital gift cards.  You can purchase it here

Do you have gift boxes or wrapping?

Our Jewellery comes in a vegan suede box with Cotton Ribbon.

Can I include a gift note?

If you’d like to include a gift note, please write it in the notes section at checkout. It will be handwritten exactly how it is entered, please make sure there are no errors and emojis used.

Production
Where is your jewellery made?

All our pieces are slowly and individually handcrafted in our small studio workshop in Hong Kong

What are your pieces made from?

We only work with 18k gold.

Are your stones ethically sourced?

We use natural diamonds and gems sourced from responsible, accredited suppliers.

Warranty & Repairs
Does Rhapsody in Gold jewellery come with a warranty?

All Rhapsody in Gold pieces come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Any repairs or modifications made to your Rhapsody in Gold jewellery not performed by Rhapsody in Gold will void the warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing  defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.

Can you repair broken Rhapsody in Gold Jewellery?

We have a repair service at our workshop in Hong Kong and in most cases can repair our Rhapsody in Gold jewellery to its original condition.  Please email us on info@rhapsodyingold.net for repair process and enquiry.  If it is not covered under warranty, an estimated cost for repair will be provided and confirmed upon physical assessment.

Do you offer cleaning service?

We offer a one time complimentary cleaning service at our store in Hong Kong.  Simply email us at info@rhapsodyingold.net for an appointment.

Sizing & Bespoke
Can I request a bespoke chain length?

Our signature chain necklaces and bracelets can be made in the below bespoke lengths;

Bracelets: Available up to 6.5” long

Necklaces: Available at 14”, 18”, 20” or 22” long

A bespoke fee is applicable depending on the request and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any bespoke requests outside of the above.
