Shipping policy
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Collection Orders
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order.
Bespoke Orders
Designs will be sent to you within 5 days after you place your order. Following your approval and confirmation, it will take 7 business days for production before shipping out.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that would allow you to track the status of your delivery.

Standard Delivery Time
HK & Macau (local courier): 1-3 business days
Rest of the World (Fedex/UPS/HK Post): 7-14 days
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. Rhapsody in Gold is not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address.
If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
Customs / Import Taxes
Please note Rhapsody in Gold is not responsible for any customs or import taxes as these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
