Designs will be sent to you within 7-10 working days of receiving the order. Following your approval and confirmation, it will take take 2-3 weeks for our artisans to handcraft your piece before shipping out.
Once your piece has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that would allow you to track the status of your delivery.

CHAIN LENGTH GUIDE
Choker (14"): This style sits snugly around the neck and is perfect for those who love a bold, fashionable statement that highlights the neckline.
Collarbone (16"): Resting just above the collarbone, this length is versatile and works with a variety of necklines. It is also our most popular length.
Standard (18"): Often referred to as "princess length", it elegantly falls just below the collarbone creating the "V" visual that elongates the neck.
Below Collarbone (20"): Ideal for a more relaxed look, draping just over the collarbone.
Chest Level (22"): Falling at or above the chest, this length is perfect for layering with shorter pieces or wearing alone for a statement.
