We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Collection OrdersOrders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order.
Bespoke Orders
Designs will be sent to you within 5 days after you place your order. Following your approval and confirmation, it will take 7 business days for production before shipping out. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that would allow you to track the status of your delivery.

HK & Macau (local courier): 1-3 business days
Rest of the World (Fedex/UPS/HK Post): 7-14 days
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. Rhapsody in Gold is not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns on items that are unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. A full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued on the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing us on info@rhapsodyingold.net Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return item(s). All Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all bespoke pieces are final sale.
